Kingston Fitness offers cardiovascular equipment and weight training equipment. Additionally, we have many group fitness classes to choose from; PiYo, Studio Cycling, ZUMBA, Yoga, PowerPump and more. We also are proud to host SilverSneakers Fitness Classes as well as a Senior Fit class.

Kitsap Physical Therapy & Sports Clinics PS, Inc is a group physical therapy practice that includes a staff of over 30 expert clinicians in 7 locations – the majority of whom have over 10 years of experience. The focus of our practice has been out-patient orthopedics but many of our staff have sub-specialties in a variety of other areas where physical therapy has been proven to be beneficial. We are strongly committed to providing highly skilled and compassionate treatment programs that are tailored to each individual patient’s individual needs.
